The vital records registered at the Embassy, are regularly sent by diplomatic pouch to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, which in its turn transmits it to the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities, in order to register it in the Lebanese civil registers. The required documents for a Marriage registration :
* Download and fill out the Marriage Application Form.
* The original Marriage Certificate, legalized by the State Chancellery, with a copy.
* Two copies of a recent Individual and Family Extracts of Civil Status (not older than one year) for Lebanese's hasband & spouse.
* Two copies of the original Wife's Birth Certificate (if she is not Lebanese) and a copy of her passport or identity card.
Consular fees : No fees are required for marriage registation.
